Our Flats

All accommodation is on the ground floor with sufficient parking space available for one car per flat.

Residents contribute a monthly maintenance fee, which is not rent in legal terms and is lower than typical market rates.

 

There are 22 dwellings at Priceholme: 12 double flats and 10 single flats.  The double flat comprises a hallway, sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.  The single flat comprises a hallway, bedsitting room, kitchen and bathroom.  Each flat has a small garden at the rear which is the residents’ responsibility.  Allotments are available to residents on request to the Manager.

 

While each flat is unfurnished, the Trust is responsible for providing carpets and cookers.  It is also responsible for both external and internal repairs and decoration of the flats and the communal parts.

 

A communal laundry room with washing machines and driers is available.  Tokens can be purchased from the Manager during their working hours.
