Our 22 flats provide independent living for elderly people of limited means and who usually have a connection to Sussex.  Eligible residents must be able to live independently as no care is provided.

If there are no vacancies, prospective applicants will be placed on the waiting list.  There is, however, no guarantee that a flat will be offered.
